Plunge

Our evening began with a unique breath work session on Spring Place's rooftop, rain pouring around us.

Then, we challenged ourselves by hitting the sauna for 15 minutes before taking the plunge into 37-44 degree waters, staying strong for a full 3 minutes. This journey was not just about seeking the known benefits of sauna and cold plunge—like improved circulation, boosted immune system, and stress relief—but about something deeper. It was about stepping out of our comfort zones, embracing the discomfort together, and supporting each other through every second of the heat and the cold.

In this shared adventure, the true warmth came from our connection, making the chill of the water and the heat of the sauna not just bearable but meaningful. We did this to explore the limits of our resilience, to feel alive, and to strengthen our bonds, all while reaping the health benefits and the sheer thrill of it.
