Kate Georgiadis, M.S., M.A., CPT

As a professional Fitness Trainer, my passion is to guide women to become their strongest and most confident selves.

Kate holds an educational background with an MA in Special Education and Psychology, and she is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a dual concentration in Strength and Conditioning and Sports Performance. Her commitment to continuous improvement extends to her pursuit of knowledge through courses and seminars led by renowned experts in the field.

Kate views exercise and movement as powerful tools to impact not only physical health but also the chemical and physiological aspects of the brain, promoting overall well-being. Recognizing the profound connection between the mind and body, she operates on the belief that nurturing one enhances the other. Kate's approach is highly individualized, crafting tailored plans that consider an individual's health, schedule, and fitness objectives.

With a profound understanding that everyone is unique, each with their own strengths and limitations, Kate and her team are dedicated to delivering precisely what each individual needs, aligning with their preferences and goals. Maisy Reddi, M.S., CPT

As a professional fitness trainer, my passion is to guide women towards a healthier lifestyle through exercise and nutrition.

Maisy is a NASM-certified personal trainer and certified yoga instructor, recognized for her strong client rapport and commitment to her profession. Since 2018, she has been dedicated to guiding individuals on their fitness journeys with a compassionate and unwavering approach.

In addition to her fitness expertise, Maisy is an accomplished runner with experience in cross-country races and successfully completing five New York City half marathons. Furthermore, she is a committed scholar, presently pursuing a Clinical Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics at NYU, with the goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian. Her extensive background encompasses working with athletes across various disciplines and aiding in the rehabilitation of injured athletes within a physical therapy context. With her holistic approach to fitness and ongoing academic pursuits, Maisy stands as a highly informed and empathetic professional in the field.


Abby Gervais, CPT

As a professional fitness trainer, my passion is to guide women to achieve their best health and strength through weight training.

Abby Gervais is a passionate advocate for women’s health and self-love. With a background in personal training, Abby’s journey began in 2019 when she decided to break free from the confines of traditional cardio workouts and embrace weight lifting as a more intentional way to connect with her body. This decision proved transformative, leading her on a path of self-discovery and empowerment. In 2022, Abby took her commitment to empowering women to the next level by becoming a NASM-certified personal trainer. This new chapter in her life is a testament to her dedication to helping others shift their mindsets, discover intentional ways to move their bodies, and ultimately fall in love with their own unique fitness journeys.

Abby is specialized in strength training and coaching women in proper form. Her strength as a trainer lies in her ability to provide comprehensive guidance for weightlifting techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness. Abby is dedicated to empowering women on their fitness journeys, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to build strength and confidence through proper strength training and healthy habits.
