Charity Workout Class

Our first fitness charity event was a big hit! We started with some relaxing yoga, then moved into strength exercises, and finished with a tough core workout. We also took time for stretching and a moment to appreciate everyone's effort. We're thrilled to say we raised over $600 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation to help with health and research.

A huge thanks to everyone who came and donated, and to our sponsors Nocco, Gainful, and Owyn for keeping us going. Also, a big shoutout to Hype Gym for hosting us.
